(3) Scraping epoxy anti-static mortar mid-coat paint.

(4) Scrape putty for the first time.
After the epoxy anti-static mortar mid-coat is dried, the resistivity of the floor is measured (requiring less than 104_. m). Epoxy anti-static primer and quartz powder are stirred in proportion to form epoxy anti-static putty. Scraper is used to scrape all over the putty, and then some defective holes are repaired.
(5) Scrape putty twice。
After the first time of putty drying, the main agent, curing agent and quartz powder of solvent-free epoxy anti-static floor paint are mixed evenly into epoxy topcoat putty, which is scraped once with a scraper.
The second time the putty is dried, the hole is filled, then the whole putty is polished and cleaned with fine sandpaper.
(7) Anti-static epoxy self-flow surface paint is applied by dysprosium.
Measure the resistivity of the floor (requiring less than 105_. m). Mix the solvent-free anti-static epoxy self-leveling agent and curing agent in proportion, mix and mix evenly. Self-leveling construction is carried out with a trowel, and defoaming drum is used to defoam the surface to ensure uniform color.
